English side Sunderland Football Club have already started planning for next season and are already making plans toward this summer. While they have been scouting for players that they will be signing in the summer, they have also been working on likely departures as they have already made a list of players set to be allowed to leave the club. The list contains as many as seven senior team players who will now be departing the club and they are now free to talk to any club of their choice.
The players include Chris Maguire, Conor McLaughlin, Max Power, Callum McFadzean, club captain Grant Leadbitter, Remi Matthews as well as Josh Scowen. The respective contracts of the listed players will run out at the end of this month and according to the club, they will not be signing any contract renewals, meaning that they will all be available as free agents by the end of June, leaving them open to enter into contract negotiations with other clubs.
